Brie Duhe

I grew up in New Orleans, LA and received a bachelor's degree from LSU in Natural Resources Ecology and Management. After 3 years, I went on to receive my DVM from LSU in May of 2026. I have since moved back home and I am so excited to start my veterinary career!

I became small animal acupuncture certified through Chi University in the beginning of my clinical year at LSU. I have a special interest in acupuncture and other alternative therapies such as Chinese herbals, Chinese massage, food therapy, and laser therapy. I plan on continuing to pursue more degrees through Chi, starting with some Chinese herbal certifications, to continue building my knowledge to further elevate my patients' care. I have a passion for ensuring an above average quality of life for your pets. I love incorporating eastern and western therapies to treat every aspect of my patients' and creatively design treatment plans specific to them. I have wanted to be a veterinarian for as long as I can remember and I am ecstatic to continue pursuing my dream!

In my spare time, I love spending quality time with friends and enjoying all that New Orleans has to offer, from live entertainment, food, to the beautiful parks. I enjoy spending time outside as much as I enjoy spending time on the couch with my two orange kitties, Harold and Hungry Cat.
